What happened?	Describe the case background. Try to be concise, while including all the necessary details for the legal aspect understanding

Did you involve a lawyer? What did the lawyer say?	What was your lawyer conclusion and advice?
Where did you complain/report?	What official Public Services, Bureau, Departments did you involve to solve this issue? What was your claim? By phone, email, personal visit? id you represent yourself or was there anyone to deal with it for you?
Did you go for an arbitration? A trial?	In case if there was an arbitration process or a trial, can you share the process details: what legal position did you stand at, how did officials react, what was the opposite side defence about, which of your evidence/claims/statements were accepted/rejected. Please provide as many details as possible
What was the outcome of all the efforts	What was the result of this dispute? Any formal decision by authorities? Did you get what you wanted? How much did the whole process cost?
